My experience with Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Rachel is so knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire first time homebuyer process so smooth. Rachel was extremely responsive and understanding through the entire process, including preapproval, touring, offer negotiation, and inspection/repair negotiations. I never felt lost in the process as she kept me proactively informed on everything we would be doing going forward. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions as a first time buyer and was always ready troubleshooting any hiccup. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a home and I know if we ever decide to begin searching for a new home in the future she is the first person I’d call. She is always there answering questions, looking for options, Made time arrangements and always there for showing at our schedule. Shes not only licensed in Delaware but Maryland as well. Rachel helped to push getting a deal done to sell my home with all kinds of surprises ! Gas smell during open house, inspection issues related to radon, issues encountered at final walkthrough such as burst pipe and water damage and we still closed right on time !
