Rachel was extremely responsive and understanding through the entire process, including preapproval, touring, offer negotiation, and inspection/repair negotiations. I never felt lost in the process as she kept me proactively informed on everything we would be doing going forward. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions as a first time buyer and was always ready troubleshooting any hiccup.
