We were looking at another house to buy and she gave me a dollar amount that she said was a really good price. The seller wanted a whole lot more in the end. They sold it for just a little bit above what she thought was a fair price and the only reason why they went with someone else that was they did not want away from me to sell my house. Amanda it’s very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable with the comps. Always encouraging. Knows the market well!

My experience with Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Rachel is so knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire first time homebuyer process so smooth. Rachel was extremely responsive and understanding through the entire process, including preapproval, touring, offer negotiation, and inspection/repair negotiations. I never felt lost in the process as she kept me proactively informed on everything we would be doing going forward. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions as a first time buyer and was always ready troubleshooting any hiccup. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a home and I know if we ever decide to begin searching for a new home in the future she is the first person I’d call.
