They sold it for just a little bit above what she thought was a fair price and the only reason why they went with someone else that was they did not want away from me to sell my house. My experience with Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Rachel is so knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire first time homebuyer process so smooth. Rachel was extremely responsive and understanding through the entire process, including preapproval, touring, offer negotiation, and inspection/repair negotiations. I never felt lost in the process as she kept me proactively informed on everything we would be doing going forward.
