AnnMarie’s expertise, persistence, attention to detail, and availability made selling our home a very positive experience. Another factor we considered important was that AnnMarie was always reachable; whether we phoned/texted, she responded within minutes. Germano Group exceeded all the standards of performing as real estate professionals. Communication was easy. Any concerns were presented with moving-forward options. Their personal care might be called white glove but AnnMarie and Thom also roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty beside and on behalf of their clients when they need their help. Their referrals to other professionals when a home needs work to get sale-ready or while on the market are to the person and to the business fabulous people. Even though we know that Germano Group had many houses to promote in their portfolio, we wouldn't have known it by the attention we were given.
