Patricia was available to us at a moments notice. We called her on a Monday flew in on Thursday and she had dinner with us and ready for showing us the area by Thursday night. Patricia’s knowledge of the local builders was exceptional. She was persistent in working with the builders to get us the best deal. Patricia was open and honest with us as well as the builder.
Her knowledge of the market is genius She is a great negotiator ,with a splash of sugar and gets the deal done. . As far as professionalism ,she returns ur call immediately, her advertising is great , she is the best I’ve ever seen.
Always available, knowledgeable, and most pleasant. A real bulldog who got things done and went above and beyond expectations.
