Brandon has made our home buying process one to remember. He was very communicative, professional knowledgeable and helpful. He was always available for any questions or concerns that we had. He was understanding and down to earth and made a journey that some people would describe stressful, very smooth and enjoyable. The day I decided to look into moving to Delaware I was on YouTube and came across a video Brandon posted and I was impressed with the information he shared about all things Delaware. Well, from that point on I viewed all the videos and learned so much that by the time I went to meet with him I had learned so much not only about Delaware but Felton which is where I wanted to be. At that point I knew I wanted him as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made the house purchasing process seamless by letting me know what to expect step by step. If ever I had any questions or concerns he was always available to speak with me and address things with the builder if needed. He was there with me and my family through the entire process from the beginning to my closing and by the end it felt more like I met a new found family member in DE. I will honestly say, if you are looking to move to DE please watch Brandon Windom’s videos to help you make the best informed decision in your home buying process and possibly work with him to keep things seamless during what can be very stressful. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I was also pleasantly surprised that he gave me an ice cream maker at my closing for me and my family to enjoy!😊

Brandon did a good job with marketing our mom’s house which was a bit more on the difficult side as it is an older home needing many updates. He again was always available to stop by and/or answer phone calls. He kept us in the loop with feedback from viewings and contacted us quickly when offers came in. His negotiation skills got us what we wanted at the end of the day - our mom’s house sold for a fair price. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

We found Brandon through his YouTube videos, and he has a deep and thorough knowledge of the Delaware market. We were moving from out of state to a completely new area, and the whole process could have been very overwhelming, but Brandon helped make it seamless and manageable because he was professional and responsive, yet also personable and easy to work with. Debra & I are from New Jersey. For various reasons we wanted to leave the state. We came across Brandon’s videos on YouTube. We found them to be very informative about Delaware, the towns, communities, and homes. We were able to do our own research then turn to him for answers and confirmation. When we finally met with him he took us to numerous 55+ communities then stepped back and allowed us to speak with the builders’ representatives. He was never pushy but was there as an experienced consultant. During the construction of our new home he sent us pictures and drone videos of the process. When there was a bit of a conflict about the closing date due to my scheduled medical testing he interceded on our behalf and was able to convince the builder to give me the extra week I needed. His name is Brandon Windom., with Myers Realty. I have to thank Brandon for selecting to go into real estate sales. I TRULY TRULY appreciate his intuitive nature and his knowledge of the market is fantastic. He's also great with local restaurant tips in the area as well. LOL We had alot of long days on my home search. I encountered other realtors that didn't listen to my needs and/or concerns, and the most important my CHECKLIST & BUDGET.
