I first learned of Brandon via his YouTube videos. My wife and I were considering moving to Delaware to have a home built and we really didn't know much about the area, so I thought why not give him a call. When I called, he actually answered the phone, not an assistant. We were interested in areas where there was some diversity. Brandon took his time and talked to me about the different areas and communities within Delaware. At no time was he pushy with me trying to get me to sign a contract. If you treat people right, you find you don't need to that. Clients will come and stick with you. He set me up for daily MLS home and lot listings and I found a lot in Milford that I eventually bought. But during the hunt, he found some nice lots himself in Felton and on his own time, drove to the area taking video for me, since I live about 90 minutes away. I was impressed by that. When placing a bid on the lot, I was a bit nervous and he took the time to offer is advice and to walk me through the process through the closing. After the closing Brandon told me to contact him regarding any future questions I may have about the build process.

As a first time homebuyer, Brandon assisted my family with navigating first time home buying with poise and patience. One of the things we appreciated about working with Brandon was his patience and willingness to answer our questions with honesty. We do not do well as a family when working with individual who want to pressure us into decisions or withhold pertinent information. We felt that Brandon did an excellent job navigating his role as an agent representing our interests. We particularly like the times that he would answer our questions by putting himself into our shoes in addition to giving his perspective as a realtor. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and what we wanted as a family. Brandon listened and was attentive. This was reflected in his gift choice when we closed on our home. Brendan was readily available and went the extra mile of accommodating our schedule as we were not from the DE area. Even after closing on our home we are glad to know that Brandon is one phone call or a text away should we have any questions.

My wife and I are from New Jersey and we had been searching for a home in Delaware for the past year and half. When bidding wars and real estate games were being played, we put a pause on our search. We started back up in January of this year (2025) and we started seeing the same things occur with the bidding on the homes. We was on our way to an open house where we met Brandon Windom. When he called me to let me know the sellers were going to accept our offer, that was the happiest moment for us! Brandon has always been professional and has provided us with a great level of support over this experience. If your brokerage has a better realtor than Brandon, I would be extremely surprised and I have worked with a lot of realtors over the years!
