•I was planning to relocate to Delaware from Puerto Rico and searched online for information about Delaware. I stumbled on Brandon’s and other channels on YouTube. I chose to follow Brandon’s channel because of his passion for real estate, his consistency in passing her good information and being honest about everything happening in real time. Brandon always go above and beyond when he travelled around Delaware to showcase a new community and model homes. He gets “Super Excited” when he would found a model home that checked all the blocks. He is extremely helpful guiding potential clients like me to maneuver through the sometimes difficult process of buying or selling a home from out of state. I knew I wanted to be in Delaware but could not decides until I started watching Brandon’s videos, texting and calling him with any questions I had. Brandon is busy but always made himself available to answer any questions. The process of finding the right community in Delaware started late in 2025 and with Brandon’s help, I found the right community, the right model that is a fit for me, and settled on a new construction home in September this year. It was a pleasure working with Brandon, I am thankful for his assistance and guidance. Great experience working with Brandon. I highly recommend Brandon to any potential home buyers/sellers looking to move to Delaware.
