Susan was referred by my realtor cousin in Florida. Susan knew of the circumstances of our need to sell. I had just lost my middle son and we needed to sell his home. He had owned it for over 20 years and had made improvements as his funds allowed. It was his pride. Susan made the initial contact shortly after she was referred to us. She gave us the time to process our grief, make some small improvements, and clear the house of my son's things. When we were ready, Susan completed everything she needed in short order and gave us, what we thought was a reasonable sale price. She offered suggestions and helped us toward the listing. We sold on the first night of the listing. She also helped me with all the paperwork (I'm in Mississippi and the sale was in Delaware). Well done Susan.

The home we sold was my parents. Sue (agent) was their 20 year neighbor. Having recently lost our father, Sue worked closely with us through the very difficult process of selling their home as we worked through the complications of dealing with the estate.
