Susan was referred by my realtor cousin in Florida. Susan knew of the circumstances of our need to sell. I had just lost my middle son and we needed to sell his home. He had owned it for over 20 years and had made improvements as his funds allowed. It was his pride. Susan made the initial contact shortly after she was referred to us.
