We would find houses online and if she was available we would go look at it same day. Once we did find a house peggy made sure we were getting the best possible deal all while ensuring our offer would be the final bid. Peggy was able to have the seller fix anything to an extent that we were concerned about after the home inspection so everyone was on the same terms going on with the final processes of purchasing a house.
