Kara stepped in where she shouldn't of had to, but did so with enthusiasm. Anything from a downed tree that needed removed to actually cleaning the house before closing. As someone who lived out of state from where the house was being sold, I never once had to make the trek to the home location. Anything that was needed, and let me just say a lot came up, Kara took it on as an action for herself without complaint. She definitely went above and beyond what I believed any realtor should have to deal with. I honestly cannot say enough about Kara. Her professionalism, down to earth attitude and "don't worry, we'll get this done" comment should be her motto!!!
