Dan shared lots of info on nearby properties that have sold and some still sitting with 'our price' He tactfully explained markets, 'going rates', etc He was very patient with us even though we started at 'our price' Always pleasant & quick to return calls.

Dave and Team Landon helped me to buy and sell. This review is about the sale. I started about 6 months early to prepare my home to sell, and Dave gave me great advice on what was important or not important to do, suggested potential vendors for me to choose from (they were excellent), suggested the right price, and marketed the heck out of my house. While I spent a lot of money getting the house in tip-top condition, I really think I got all of that investment back and more with the sale price that was higher than I expected. Melissa helped me layout my existing furniture, suggested what to move out, and staged my house. Boy, for the pictures, the place looked so nice I didn't want to sell anymore (but yes, I did!).
