I started about 6 months early to prepare my home to sell, and Dave gave me great advice on what was important or not important to do, suggested potential vendors for me to choose from (they were excellent), suggested the right price, and marketed the heck out of my house. While I spent a lot of money getting the house in tip-top condition, I really think I got all of that investment back and more with the sale price that was higher than I expected. Melissa helped me layout my existing furniture, suggested what to move out, and staged my house. Boy, for the pictures, the place looked so nice I didn't want to sell anymore (but yes, I did!). Dan shared lots of info on nearby properties that have sold and some still sitting with 'our price' He tactfully explained markets, 'going rates', etc He was very patient with us even though we started at 'our price' Always pleasant & quick to return calls.

Craig is a remarkable real estate agent who, was not only knowledgeable and skillful throughout the two-year search to find my ideal house, he was also patient, respectful, and supportive. He made himself available to tour multiple houses and to respond to many phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. His calm presence was reassuring when I was overwhelmed and/or discouraged with the long search process. I really doubt that I would have continued the search without his presence and his encouragement.
