Sarah kept me fully informed every step of the way and was willing to step in and help whenever help was needed. Since I had moved and was living over two hours away from the house she was helping me sell, having Sarah to help proved crucial in my efforts to get the house under contract and then to address all issues that needed to be remedied as a result of the home inspection. Sarah was absolutely terrific.

I want to take this time to thank Kedrick King for thinking of me when we noticed that the first time homebuyers grant was available. I wasn’t going to start looking at buying again until late summer, but with his help and excellent communication skills I was able to achieve my goal of home ownership. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will definitely be working with him again in the future. Thanks again.
