Phenomenal knowledge of the area and the process with emphasis on what is most important, the client

Andrea is in a league of her own! Her knowledge is unmatched! She takes the time to ensure that the client understands everything! She cares! She shows that the client is what is most important, not the sale! She takes the time to educate! She respected what I was looking for in a home! We look at so many homes until we found the right one! She has a lot of patience! Andrea always made me feel as though I was not alone in this process! She even stood up for me when underwriting was pushing prematurely! Andrea always had all the information to answer any question! There were a few times that were even frustrating for her! She always handled herself with the utmost of professionalism, poise, and grace! When it came to putting in an offer, she was always realistic with me! She made sure that I was educated before I put in an offer! She never influenced me! Just educated! As stressful as I find the home buying process to be, I know that I could look forward to buying another home with Andrea as my agent!

Chris understood what I was looking for and presented five outstanding properties. He guided me through sizing the initial offer for the one I chose and subsequent offers and counter offers resulting in a very attractive final price. He helped with the many details peculiar to Delaware real estate transactions. I can't imagine a more satisfactory experience.

Kelly was great at getting us over the hurdles of buying a new house from a builder. If she didn't know something she found the answer and got back to us quickly. Always happy and business like. Very professional. She set up our closings and inspections. Saved us some money also.

Alan is very proactive in identifying details that need to be addressed in the sales process.

In doing a recent 1031 exchange sale, Alan was on top of all the extra details that were a part of selling one condo and buying another. He kept the process easy and not stressful. He loves what he's doing and it shows in everything he does.

Cathy was a great realtor who helped sell our property at a great price quickly.

Cathy was helpful throughout the process getting prospective buyers to view the property and helping with determining listing price without being overbearing. Carthy simplified viewing by using online calendar for the viewing appointments. She pointed out essential repairs necessary to get the house sold. She provided artisans whose price are reasonable. She arranged a closing schedule that accommodated our work routine. She is a very reliable realtor.
