I have met and worked with so many wonderful people. The most exciting part is making that call to a Buyer and telling them that their offer was accepted or letting a Seller know we just received a great offer on their house. I grew up in Cecil County, MD in a small home beside my grandparents. My grandmother was my inspiration to work hard for what you want and appreciate what you have. I worked full-time and went to college at night. As if I didn't have enough going on, I married and had a wonderful daughter while still going to classes. I graduated with a Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Information Systems. I worked for years in the corporate world; it just didn't make me happy. I bought my first house and that lit a spark in me to become a REALTOR® and I haven't looked back since. My clients always say that I'm personable and knowledgeable, easy to reach, and honest. That is what I strive for because that is what I would want in a REALTOR®—someone that listens to your needs and wants. She is the best

Bill met Elan about 15 years ago when she showed him a house in Chesapeake City. Being impressed with her , he saved her phone number. When we decided to move to the Chesapeake area, he contacted her. One of our main objectives was our new place needed a pool and Elan was helpful in contacting local and county officials regarding installation rules. No matter when we called, she was available. After seeing multiple alternatives, we found the perfect waterfront home with a pool. We highly recommend Elan because she goes above and beyond expectations. You will appreciate her honesty and friendliness! She is in 2 words “THE BEST”! Bill and Pat

She helped sell our house fast and got us what we needed to make our new dream home a reality!

We met Melissa showing our dream home after 6 long months of searching. We loved the house and didn’t know how to sell our house and buy the new one in this crazy market. On a Friday night we told her we wanted our dream house, and by Saturday morning she had us in the house and preparing our offer. That same day, her team was at our (previous) home to prepare it for sale. It took one week to fix up, and sold the very next weekend, maybe 48 hours on the market. Melissa was knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive throughout this process that we knew nothing about. Because she works as part of an amazing team, she was able to quickly and effectively help us with every aspect of selling our house to buy our forever home. We recommend her to anyone with real estate needs. You can tell she truly cares about her clients!
