She sold my property in 4 days in a difficult market and she has always kept my condo rented for max value. She also takes a very hands on approach and helps with ANYTHING I ever needed. She has helped me through hurricanes and did not just leave issues or hard problems for me to deal with alone. I found April Green from diligent research through Google, Yelp and Rate My Agent. All the reviews were so complimentary I was intrigued. Before I chose my realtor I interviewed 4 different people/real estate companies. I chose April because she listened, she was realistic about the value vs. current real estate market, and she seemed eager to get the listing and I took a leap of faith. I'm so glad, I chose her. Her attention to detail through out the process was fantastic. She gave me step by step advise and support. She advocated well during negotiations and went above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with. We met Trish Upp-Miller by chance at our garage sale, and from the very first conversation, she was friendly, energetic, and easy to talk to. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. In the end, they sold our house in about 35 days, and the entire experience with them was outstanding.
