Miss Trexler was our sales agent. We went with her all over the place for search of the property in this small peace of land - Sarasota. She is very professional, She knows how to approach any situation on the way. How to deal with everyone who involved in sale of particular properties, if You, as a buyer interested and want to know more details. We visit Sarasota several times (we are from NY) before we found what we wanted. Miss Trexler was very helpful and patient with us, until the very end. She helped to arrange places to stay in the town, since we new to the area she showed us good restaurants and food stores, places to visit when we was free from searching of the house. I and my family enjoyed every moment with Larisa and become friends for years ahead. Highly recommend, never will regret.

Becky was so knowledgeable throughout the whole home buying process. Her attentiveness and attention to detail were also great. We couldn’t recommend Becky more as a first time home buyer!

Working with Wendy and her team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us sell our home in record time! Throughout the entire process, I felt confident knowing Wendy was advocating for our best interests and guiding us every step of the way. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy realtor.

THOMAS ANSWERED HIS PHONE EVERY TIME I CALLED. This home purchase involved the sale of a condo, 1031 exchange, and purchase of this home. All done within a very short time frame. It was a complicated investment sale, exchange & purchase. Thomas referred me to all the important people necessary to quickly close this purchase within the very short time allowed by the mortgage commitment date. He sent me to a mortgage broker (Kevin Salvatore - THE GREATEST!! @ Celebrity Mortgage), Jasmine @ US1031.com, Ashley @ Riddell Law, Bi-Rite Insurance, Inc., home inspection, and termite. If it needed to be done Thomas made sure to get it done. Anytime I needed to be at the home, he was there to be of assistance. SO IMPORTANT: Thomas strongly advised I confirm the insurance was indeed in both parties as listed on the deed. I did so and found the insurance was written in only one name. This was an extremely important error corrected because of his knowledge and attention to detail.

Kevin was familiar with all the communities we were interested and constantly sent updated listing. He was also very helpful in giving input on the neighborhood.

Our experience working with Karie was amazing from start to finish. Her thoroughness, expertise, responsiveness, and warm personality kept us at ease during the entire journey of selling our first home. You will be in great hands if you choose Karie as your realtor... Highly recommend!
