Called Nathan one day and he came the next day. He knew I was selling to move north. We talked about ways of selling. Explained I didn’t want to do anything else to my home to sell. I had a new air conditioner and new roof the year before. My house needed to be fresh up. But he said I was just fine. He said the amount it probably would sell for, but I wanted a little more. He was right. It wasn’t even on the market and he had a family wanting to look at it. He let him handle it all and the next day I had a buyer. He was very honest and professional. A great young man who care about his clients. Felt very comfortable with him. Wish him a great future.
