I met with Wendy for the first time late in the year, and due to work was unable to seriously continue the house hunt until early spring the following year. When I reached out to her again after such a long period of silence, she was very responsive, able to organize viewings at multiple properties the following weekend. Wendy also kept a look out herself for properties that she thought matched what I was looking for, and was able to fit them into viewing schedules she'd already made. I had a new air conditioner and new roof the year before. My house needed to be fresh up. But he said I was just fine. He said the amount it probably would sell for, but I wanted a little more. He was right. It wasn’t even on the market and he had a family wanting to look at it. He let him handle it all and the next day I had a buyer. He was very honest and professional.
