About Cathy

A 28 year resident in the Sarasota area, Cathy began her real estate career in her native Midwest as a leasing agent/negotiator, manager and marketing director of mixed use retail/office centers and held an Illinois real estate sales license. During those years, she served on the Board of Directors of her local Rotary club, a downtown promotion corporation, a regional advertising and marketing agency, and a number of non-profit organizations. Cathy also was featured in an industry magazine for her marketing skills, was a contributing author to an industry book on shopping center management and conducted customer service training workshops for retail managers and staff. This breadth of experience, working alongside and serving people from all walks of life, makes it easy for her to establish an excellent rapport with nearly everyone she meets. Later work as an independent consultant and professional coach/mentor enhanced her role as a trusted guide and benefits buyers and sellers as they navigate the process from the listing or offer through closing. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful

Cathy not only helped find our forever, future retirement home so helped us find a short term rental very quickly. She has many resources to help with financing, insurance, home inspection, contractors, and any other resources you may need. Her expertise was so helpful especially if you are not familiar with the Sarasota area.

Highly recommend!!

Superb Professional

Because of our two prior experiences with Cathy, purchasing and selling, we didn't hesitate when we decided to sell our Siesta Key Villa. Cathy was our "go to" professional. And once again, Cathy proved us to be correct. From the beginning of the process, Cathy communicated with a sound knowledge of the real estate market, current trends and an honesty that kept us in the loop constantly. Cathy has a skill for listening to the needs of the seller and all of the decisions effecting the sale were made in a collaborative manner with Valarie and I. All of our questions and concerns were addressed as needed. The present market in Florida does not favor the seller but Cathy worked diligently and sold our home after hosting two open houses. She guided us through inspections, repairs and the eventual closing, making the process as stress free as possible. We can't say enough about Cathy's professionalism, honesty, communication skills, and excellent customer service. We never hesitate to recommend Cathy to other friends who are looking to either buy or sell. Cathy makes buying and selling a home easy.

Cathy helped us buy the home we lived in for four years and then helped us sell it. Both experiences were very easy for me and my wife. Cathy took care of all of the details, arranged for photos and videos, msl listings, advertisements, dealing with the title company, an open house, and all of the little things that made the process easy for us. Cathy is a consummate professional in every way and we highly recommend her for any real estate services you may need.
