He oversaw that the work was completed and sent us pictures, so we did not have to travel from Massachusetts to inspect the work. For the sale of the house, Joe was the consummate professional and his knowledge of the local market led to a very active and successful showing of the property. Angela Adams is a very detail oriented real estate professional who goes above and beyond the realm of duties. She guided us through every step of the way of selling our house, from the start of the listing to the time of the closing. She met us at the property and took down every detail of the house. Professional photos were taken and the listing was entered into the MLS in a timely manner. She kept us informed on the offers that came in and her knowledge and follow up was impeccable. Once the house went under contract and the buyers had the inspection done, she recommended vendors to have several things fixed and set up appointments with them. The house was listed as turnkey, but the buyers did not want the furniture. Angela went out of her way to help us get all of the furniture sold via Facebook Marketplace, set up the appointments with the potential buyers, and met them at the house if we could not be there. She even arranged for a church to pick up the remaining things that didn’t sell. She came to the closing with us for support and to make sure that everything went according to order! It was a great experience and pleasure to work with Jon. He made it very easy to deal with selling our home in Sarasota. I really don't know what we would have done without him. I cannot say enough about Deb. I moved to Florida with my daughter for her work. I lived in a few rental homes before deciding to buy a home. I met Deb because out of many realtors I had called, she was the only one who checked back in with me and didn’t blow my phone up. We started having lunch and discussing my issues standing in the way with my home buying. We decided it was time to go for it and see what happened (a year later). We became friends and enjoyed a visit here and there. She found THE house for me from putting together all of my preferences. She showed me the home and it was instant. Absolutely perfect.
