I cannot say enough about Deb. I moved to Florida with my daughter for her work. I lived in a few rental homes before deciding to buy a home. I met Deb because out of many realtors I had called, she was the only one who checked back in with me and didn’t blow my phone up. We started having lunch and discussing my issues standing in the way with my home buying. We decided it was time to go for it and see what happened (a year later). We became friends and enjoyed a visit here and there. She found THE house for me from putting together all of my preferences. She showed me the home and it was instant. Absolutely perfect. We started the buy. Absolutely everything got in my way, it was an absolute comedy of errors on my end. I went through a true living hell, but Deb stood beside me and shared my ups and downs. I finally got all of my issues resolved and ended up moving in during hurricane Milton! Deb was a steady calm hand through my nightmare and did absolutely everything she could do on her end to ease some of my distress. I am in THE MOST BEAUTIFUL home now. I feel I was guided to Deb to be a friend through what was quite a mess of twists and turns, but with a treasure at the end. A beautiful friend a beautiful home.
