Wendy goes the extra mile to make sure that you get the house you want at the price you need

From day one windy worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the house. We got in Ellenton, Florida. She talked to us about the local environment. Helped us wheel and deal on some things that were important and even helped us walk through when it looked like the deal might fall apart due to an appraisal issue. Excellent experience despite challenging market

We had a very challenging home sale, but we were incredibly fortunate to have such a great realtor by our side throughout the process. From the beginning, Julie was professional, responsive, patient, and truly committed to helping us get through all of the obstacles that came our way. This was not an easy transaction, and there were definitely some frustrating moments, but Julie remained calm, communicative, and persistent. They kept us informed, worked hard to find solutions, and never made us feel like we were handling the challenges alone. We truly appreciated their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Use this Realtor!!!!

What can I say about wonderful Julie Franklin that would make you dash to your phone and hire her immediately? She is a delightful well organized, personable agent. She goes above and beyond in helping you and informing you of every detail regarding your experience. We were selling and she definitely met our expectations. Updated us constantly and had a plethora of referrals for additional companies for additional assistance we needed, painters and handyman, etc. We are delighted to be using her again for the sale of another house. Love her and she's funny, too!
