I flew from California the following day and three days after viewing the house online from our out-of-state home, and then in person, we had a contract! Ann goes over and beyond for her clients. She was right there with us every step, answering questions, responding very quickly to emails and texts, orchestrating between us and the mortgage lender, the Closing Attorneys…basically on top of everything. This was of paramount importance to us since we were out of state buyers! Ann is professional, very knowledgeable of the area and her business. And, she was a pleasure to work with.
