David was professional, knowledgeable and far exceeded my expectations. On the first day of listing we had multiple offers and David negotiated the best price (above asking). I highly recommend him and will refer him to all my friends and family

Joan is very professional and experienced in real estate. She did a market analysis and assisted us in setting a selling price. Before showing the property, she had a professional photographer take beautiful pictures of the property, including a drone shot from above. We scheduled the showing, which lasted for 3 days. There were signs posted directing potential buyers to the open house. After a very strong turnout, we received 4 offers above the asking price. We accepted the best offer and set a closing date. After a delay from the buyer due to financing, we had to do a roof repair. Because of her contacts, Joan was able to set up an expedited repair and the bank approved the financing. The process of selling a house is challenging and Joan knows her stuff. I would highly recommend using her services to anyone looking to sell their property.

David has an incredible knowledge of the market and it is extremely caring and professional. He made the entire process simple and quick. I would highly recommend him for future transactions! He went above and beyond to make both sides happy!
