Liss took our virtually unsellable property, spruced it up, made it shine, directed us toward necessary repairs & improvements, and got it sold for more than we could have ever hoped for. This was a 1973 mobile, refurbished over the years, but with multiple structural & mechanical problems and a horrible real estate market. Three other Realtors had already turned us down. Another had the listing for six months and gave up. Without Liss's continuous encouragement and her belief that someone would eventually "fall in love with it", we would have given up long ago. She wouldn't let us quit! Liss is not just a Realtor, she is a person of high ideals, character & work ethic. Whether the commission is $10,000 or $100, it doesn't matter to her, she will put in the same monumental effort for all of her customers. And she won't quit till the job is done. Any of you out there who happen to know Liss will understand that we are not exaggerating. Michele and I feel that she is now part of our family, a family member who made the impossible happen.
