Liss took our virtually unsellable property, spruced it up, made it shine, directed us toward necessary repairs & improvements, and got it sold for more than we could have ever hoped for. This was a 1973 mobile, refurbished over the years, but with multiple structural & mechanical problems and a horrible real estate market. Three other Realtors had already turned us down. Another had the listing for six months and gave up. Without Liss's continuous encouragement and her belief that someone would eventually "fall in love with it", we would have given up long ago. I picked Liss to assist with our home purchase based on her YouTube videos. She appeared to be knowledgeable and personable, and she is just that. She promised to get us in a home within 30 days and she kept her promise. She made herself available whenever we called and wanted to view a home. Her knowledge of the market and communication skills are what made the buying process smooth and fast.

We had the house listed with another agency for six months. We lost 4 contracts, nothing done to market except for being out there. The house across the street was listed by Liss and sold in 20 days. When our contract was up we contacted Liss and listed the house with her. She came in and staged the house with place settings, throw rugs, pictures, chairs on the porch and more. Everything looked so much more inviting. Liss had it marketed on several platforms and it sold in four days. Liss knew how to negotiate to get a higher price then what the buyers originally wanted to pay. I wish we signed with Liss in the first place and all would have been done six months ago.
