She promised to get us in a home within 30 days and she kept her promise. She made herself available whenever we called and wanted to view a home. Her knowledge of the market and communication skills are what made the buying process smooth and fast.
We had the house listed with another agency for six months. We lost 4 contracts, nothing done to market except for being out there. The house across the street was listed by Liss and sold in 20 days. When our contract was up we contacted Liss and listed the house with her. She came in and staged the house with place settings, throw rugs, pictures, chairs on the porch and more. Everything looked so much more inviting. Liss had it marketed on several platforms and it sold in four days. Liss knew how to negotiate to get a higher price then what the buyers originally wanted to pay. I wish we signed with Liss in the first place and all would have been done six months ago. Liss is first rate and knows her stuff. You can't go wrong with her.
