Liss did a terrific job selling our house! And she did it in 3 months when The Villages couldn't sell it in an entire year. The staging was beautiful. She had frequent open houses and showings. She was always available if we had questions, during or after normal business hours. When the inspector found some issues that required repairs, she had reliable contractors that she recommended to fix them. She communicated frequently with the buyer's agent about the status of the repairs right up until the day of closing. We highly recommend her and would definitely hire her again.

Liss took our virtually unsellable property, spruced it up, made it shine, directed us toward necessary repairs & improvements, and got it sold for more than we could have ever hoped for. I picked Liss to assist with our home purchase based on her YouTube videos. She appeared to be knowledgeable and personable, and she is just that. She promised to get us in a home within 30 days and she kept her promise. She made herself available whenever we called and wanted to view a home. Her knowledge of the market and communication skills are what made the buying process smooth and fast.

We had the house listed with another agency for six months. We lost 4 contracts, nothing done to market except for being out there. The house across the street was listed by Liss and sold in 20 days.
