I can't say enough about Liss' dedication and effort in getting my home sold for a fair price. She started by providing me with information that supported her recommendation for pricing and then provided staging support to present the property at its best. What impressed me the most was her willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done after the listing. She isn't a "just list it on MLS and see what happens" agent. She worked her contacts, held open houses, got my golf cart out of storage and drove it to the house, found repair vendors when I needed them and supervised them when I was out of town.
