Working with Liss to sell our home was a fantastic experience. She provided excellent marketing & kept us informed every step of the way. Her staging help was wonderful. Her attention to detail & market knowledge made this process seamless & sold our home quickly. We would highly recommend Liss!
Liss met us at our first open house, she told us we’d be back. She was right. She took us to 15+ houses, we went to several open houses and ended up at that first house to make our home. Liss was there anytime we had questions or concerns. Very knowledgeable about real estate and all aspects of her job. Was a pleasure working with her and would recommend her to my family and friends when looking for a home.
If you are looking to sell your place, Liss is the perfect agent!! Had our house for sale last year and nothing. This year I decided to give Liss a call. She had an open house in our development and walked around putting notices on surrounding houses. I figured is she took the time to do that, I want her. She came , staged our house and had an open house and sold it within a week!! Unreal!! She did everything for us!!
Liss did an exceptional job helping us with the purchase of our home. From the offer, to the financing & closing. Answered all our questions in a timely matter. She is the greatest! We would highly recommend her as an agent.
Liss Cartagena is the BEST!! SUPERSTAR Realtor for The Villages!! Liss made everything happen for us to close our new home in The Villages, Florida!! We were coming from Virginia and Liss went above & beyond for us!! Thank you!! Chris & Whitney
Liss is very professional, energetic and helpful. Her style is total hands on when searching for that perfect property. She will devote her whole day or days to you if needed. She sent us a website of available homes to help us narrow down our search and to give her a clear idea of what we wanted. She had a full day of showings lined up off the homes we were interested in and never did she rush us. Her knowledge of all parts of the home buying experience was extremely helpful.
Liss Cartagena, is a champion to me because she worked tirelessly to keep her promise to sell my home to my total satisfaction during this very difficult housing market. We worked together finding our best asking price and doing a few other property projects but mostly Liss, put in all the effort. The house was staged beautifully, lots announcements were sent out, the home’s essentials were updated, stunning videos captured the best aspects of the property and many welcoming open houses were held. I was always updated, asked if I had any suggestions and given immediate phone access to Liss. From the start to the final negotiations everything exceeded my expectations. I noticed that Liss, appears to know everyone around here and this area very well. Liss, is far beyond being just a capable realtor for you and I know this because I am a witness to her ability to make one’s big dreams tangible! This was my second time having the honor of Liss Cartagena, being my realtor.
We met Liss in the initial "get to know the Villages" phase of our journey at a random open house. While we werent interested in that house we were impressed with Liss and her knowledge and patience. We signed her as our agent immediately and were not disappointed. Liss sent us many listings in line with what we were looking for (and a few she thought might interest us) and we eventually found our Villages home. Liss was patient with us throughout our journey and was able to answer all our questions and address any reservations we may have had. You cant go wrong with Liss on your side.
she counsel us through the whole process making it less stressful and very enjoyable.
Upon obtaining a buyer and closing date for our home, we gave Lissette a list of needs/wants in our next home in The Villages. We decided on house #2 immediately and placed an offer. We were told there were multiple offers and she made it work for us. She listens and definitely works for her clients. We've sung her praises to many since closing on both homes with her.
We were so fortunate to find Liss Cartagena to sell our home and help us buy another. She was creative in marketing and knew exactly what to do to find a good buyer at a good price for us. Her communication with us and professionalism exceeded our expectations. I would recommend her above all others to anyone wanting to sell a home.
We sold our home with Liss, she was professional from start to finish. Liss knows how to help make your home look inviting and stylish to appeal to buyers. She is very outgoing and answers your questions too. Thank you Liss for selling our home.
