She came to us with comparables of houses similar to ours in our neighbohood and what they sold for. We were then able to determine a selling price. Liss held many open houses in order to find a buyer. Even our neighbors were all telling us "Your realtor is working so hard for you, she holds so many open houses every week!" She always let us know how many people came through the open houses and if there was interest. She always called to give us notice when she was going to be bringing someone by to see the house.
