I have bought and sold 11 houses in 45 years of home ownership. Primary resident and secondary residence. In New York State and Florida. Charmaine is the best agent I’ve ever had. She mixes professionalism with good humor, I should say great humor to make the whole experience The best ever. Charmaine also goes the 2nd mile as we were out of state and she went over and did many things at the home that we did not ask her to do as well as meeting inspectors and maintenance folks. She is also offered up having a driveway party when we moved down there this spring. We’re not available Charmaine also has her daughter fell and who is almost equally as great as Charmaine. I would recommend Charmaine to anyone even folks that don’t ask. Again, she’s the best ever.

We are living in NY and were looking for a home The Villages as we intend to retire there. NY friends recommended Charmaine and we got connected. We found a home on line and contacted Charmaine immediately. She and her daughter showed us the home via FaceTime on the very next 2 days and Charmaine put in an offer for us on the 3rd day and the deal was accepted on the 4th day. We would have lost this home if not for Charmaine working so quickly and professionally. We have since closed on the home and Charmaine is still willing to help us out with any questions or concerns.

From the first time we said hi, we knew that Charmaine was the exact Realtor we were supposed to work with! Charmain listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the exact house we wanted.
