Charmaine also goes the 2nd mile as we were out of state and she went over and did many things at the home that we did not ask her to do as well as meeting inspectors and maintenance folks. We are living in NY and were looking for a home The Villages as we intend to retire there. NY friends recommended Charmaine and we got connected. We found a home on line and contacted Charmaine immediately. She and her daughter showed us the home via FaceTime on the very next 2 days and Charmaine put in an offer for us on the 3rd day and the deal was accepted on the 4th day. We would have lost this home if not for Charmaine working so quickly and professionally. We have since closed on the home and Charmaine is still willing to help us out with any questions or concerns.
