Liss did a terrific job selling our house! And she did it in 3 months when The Villages couldn't sell it in an entire year. The staging was beautiful. She had frequent open houses and showings. She was always available if we had questions, during or after normal business hours. When the inspector found some issues that required repairs, she had reliable contractors that she recommended to fix them. She communicated frequently with the buyer's agent about the status of the repairs right up until the day of closing. We highly recommend her and would definitely hire her again.

He is not only knowledgeable and prompt he is also accommodating and goes above and beyond for his clients! We met him at an open house a few months back and kept his business card in our refrigerator- fast forward 5-7 months and we went to another open house (not hosted by him) and fell in love with our house.
