Several years ago, Leah took time out of her busy day to meet me at Starbucks and map out a plan for where I could live in Eanes ISD and what it would realistically cost. I knew she was a top realtor, and I felt my price range was below her average client—but that didn’t matter to her. She was generous with her time, expertise, and guidance, and I left that meeting motivated and informed. Leah stayed in touch, and when the time was right, she represented me as my buyer’s agent for my first home in Austin. She helped me navigate the new construction process, advised me on valuable upgrades, and continued to support me even after closing—going above and beyond to help with warranty issues. Now, as I prepare to sell my current home and purchase another, there was never a question in my mind about who I wanted to represent me. My husband and I had been looking for a home...

My husband and I had been looking for a home for almost two years when we began working with Darin. It was immediately obvious that Darin was head and shoulders above the other realtors we had worked with. We had been scooped and bid up several times on other houses, so we were keen to have access to homes before they hit the market. Darin's ability to deliver on this was highly impressive. He brought us close to a dozen homes before they came on the market (sometimes weeks ahead of time) in the highly competitive areas of Westlake. It was clear that his connections and expertise gave him a clear advantage that we were able to benefit from when working with him. When so many realtors primarily function as "door openers", Darin and his team bring so much more to the table: expertise in Westlake, strong relationships and connections, advanced knowledge of listings, etc. Within weeks of working with Darin we were able to find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood, at one of the most competitive price points I've seen... before the house hit the market.
