CATHERINE WAS VERY CAREFUL TO DETERMINE EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE SEEKING IN A NEW HOUSE AND THEN SHOWED US A RANGE OF HOUSES MEETING THOSE CRITERIA BUT ADVISED US NOT TO JUMP TOO QUICKLY TO THE FIRST POSSIBLE HOUSE. THE RESULT OF THIS APPROACH WAS THAT WE WERE ABLE TO FIND AND SETTLE ON WHAT WE BELIEVE IS A PERFECT HOUSE MEETING OUR NEEDS. SHE THEN SUGGESTED AND ARRANGED A SIMULTANEOUS CLOSING WITH THE SELLER.
