We have known Audrey for a long time and were thrilled to work with her on the sale of our property in Johnson City. Audrey was very thorough when it came time to list out all the features of the house and HOA in which it was located. The property was not your typical single-family neighborhood; we were a part of a larger ranch community with shared amenities, a clubhouse, pasture lands with a longhorn herd, and a wildlife exemption.
