Clayton was very good about educating me in making sure I made good decisions along the process. Had it not been for his deep knowledge and insight, I would've ended up in a cheap flip, not knowing so until it was too late! I was by no means a dream client, meaning I was on a tight budget, but with his guidance and insight, we persevered and I ended up in a home much nicer than I imagined! There were many times where I'd begin to lose faith, but Clayton always made sure to remind me to keep my head up, that we'd find the right one.
