Clayton was very good about educating me in making sure I made good decisions along the process. Had it not been for his deep knowledge and insight, I would've ended up in a cheap flip, not knowing so until it was too late! I was by no means a dream client, meaning I was on a tight budget, but with his guidance and insight, we persevered and I ended up in a home much nicer than I imagined! There were many times where I'd begin to lose faith, but Clayton always made sure to remind me to keep my head up, that we'd find the right one. Sure enough, eventually we did, and I could've never done it with him. A huge thank you to Clayton and all of his team at Moreland. Thanks too to Kat for all her hard work! You rock, Kat!!!
