Just a couple of days after our first conversation, we had an unexpected issue come up, and Clayton immediately brought in his team to get everything back in order...this was at the same time we had relocated 2,200 miles away. I fully expected that I would need to fly back at least once or twice during the process, but that ended up being completely unnecessary. Clayton was very good about educating me in making sure I made good decisions along the process. Had it not been for his deep knowledge and insight, I would've ended up in a cheap flip, not knowing so until it was too late! I was by no means a dream client, meaning I was on a tight budget, but with his guidance and insight, we persevered and I ended up in a home much nicer than I imagined!
