Clayton Bullock

My realtor Clayton Bullock, of Moreland Properties, Inc, was very helpful in finding the perfect home for me. He was patient in allowing for my process, which along with his suggestions and insights made it happen! It's very apparent that he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to do the best job he can for them. No shortcuts, no surprises. He is reliable and honest. Lastly I'll add, he made the entire process as 'fun' as the process can be!

We felt from the very beginning that Clayton truly understood our house and what made it special. Just a couple of days after our first conversation, we had an unexpected issue come up, and Clayton immediately brought in his team to get everything back in order...this was at the same time we had relocated 2,200 miles away. I fully expected that I would need to fly back at least once or twice during the process, but that ended up being completely unnecessary. Clayton stayed on top of every detail from start to finish and kept us fully informed the entire way. I've bought and sold several homes over the years... FSBO, discount brokers, and traditional realtors...and this was by far the smoothest and most professionally managed experience I've had. We truly feel that Clayton went above and beyond to get our home sold, and we will gladly recommend him to anyone we know in the Austin area.

Clayton was very good about educating me in making sure I made good decisions along the process. Had it not been for his deep knowledge and insight, I would've ended up in a cheap flip, not knowing so until it was too late! I was by no means a dream client, meaning I was on a tight budget, but with his guidance and insight, we persevered and I ended up in a home much nicer than I imagined! There were many times where I'd begin to lose faith, but Clayton always made sure to remind me to keep my head up, that we'd find the right one. Clayton was great. He went to work immediately and kept us informed through out the entire process. He made selling our family home a painless and quick process. We plan on using Clayton and Moreland for a few additional transactions in the future.
