Josh was excellent to work with: he explained every step of the process and many of the nuances and details that I would not have anticipated as a first-time home buyer. Josh took the time to understand my needs and wants in a home, and was always available to answer questions or make thoughtful suggestions based on his extensive experience and network. His calm, careful approach made the whole experience fun rather than stressful, and I would gladly work with him again!

Although we have only been in Austin for a few years, we have been lucky to work with Josh a few times in both buying and selling homes! He is a consummate professional; thorough in his approach, researching the market and properties and having important information at hand, respectfully managing communications with other agents while advocating for his clients, among other excellent qualities. Josh would always go the extra mile to recommend/ contact and communicate with other professionals as needed (inspectors, contractors, handymen, etc). Josh also has a calm and light hearted personality which helped us build a rapport with each other and helped to soften stressful moments during the process. Mahshid is one of the most professional, honest, prepared and always available agents I have ever worked with. I was purchasing a bank owned property and despite her making a lower commission (bc bank owned) she still gave 110%. She is very easy to communicate with and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re understanding everything throughout the process. I highly recommend her and her team!!!

We permanently left the US and needed someone we could trust to handle the sale of our house as if it were theirs. I narrowed my search to the real estate agent who sold the most houses in the Leander, TX area and also had a reasonable number of current listings, so they could provide special attention to our house. Mahshid more than impressed me with her marketing plan, providing an exceptional video of the house while it was staged, along with a 360 tour. The staging was incredibly beautiful, and we wish we had bought the furniture for ourselves when we first moved in. Mahshid created professional brochures and mailed them to our neighbors and the surrounding subdivisions, which generated significant traffic for our house, with approximately 2-3 viewings per week. A few things came up during the showing of the house that Mahshid personally handled, including a gas leak from our water heater, a section of the fence falling off, adjusting the temperature, and removing some insects. After a buyer submitted an offer, more items needed personal attention. Mahshid provided support that helped us save money when our roof and water heater needed to be replaced, and she negotiated for a lower cost. She also helped sell our refrigerators, washing machine, and dryer (since we could not take them with us to New Zealand) for a higher price. During the contract phase, Mahshid was extremely courteous and patient with the buyer's real estate agent, who made unreasonable demands to us, the title company, our house insurance company, and the roofing company. The buyer's agent was so awful that the title company, roofing company, and many real estate agents refused to ever work with her because she was brand-new, knew nothing about what she was doing, and threatened others with unwarranted legal action. Mahshid went above and beyond to sell our house and made it feel like a million-dollar property, even though it was average. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
