THE RESULT OF THIS APPROACH WAS THAT WE WERE ABLE TO FIND AND SETTLE ON WHAT WE BELIEVE IS A PERFECT HOUSE MEETING OUR NEEDS. SHE THEN SUGGESTED AND ARRANGED A SIMULTANEOUS CLOSING WITH THE SELLER. WE FOUND THIS A VERY SATISFACTORY ARRANGEMENT AND WERE PLEASED TO GET TO KNOW THE SELLER AND LEARN A LITTLE ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS AND WHY THE HOUSE WAS BUILT WITH CERTAIN UNIQUE FEATURES.
