CATHERINE WAS VERY CAREFUL TO DETERMINE EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE SEEKING IN A NEW HOUSE AND THEN SHOWED US A RANGE OF HOUSES MEETING THOSE CRITERIA BUT ADVISED US NOT TO JUMP TOO QUICKLY TO THE FIRST POSSIBLE HOUSE. THE RESULT OF THIS APPROACH WAS THAT WE WERE ABLE TO FIND AND SETTLE ON WHAT WE BELIEVE IS A PERFECT HOUSE MEETING OUR NEEDS. SHE THEN SUGGESTED AND ARRANGED A SIMULTANEOUS CLOSING WITH THE SELLER. WE FOUND THIS A VERY SATISFACTORY ARRANGEMENT AND WERE PLEASED TO GET TO KNOW THE SELLER AND LEARN A LITTLE ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS AND WHY THE HOUSE WAS BUILT WITH CERTAIN UNIQUE FEATURES.
