We had an exceptional experience working with our realtor, Jamie Novak, while purchasing our new home in Austin, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very beginning, she never made us feel rushed or pressured, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She genuinely wanted us to explore our options, and find the home that was truly right for us. She also consistently kept resale value in mind, which we really appreciated. She wasn’t just focused on helping us buy a house — she was thinking about the long-term value of the investment and making sure we were making a smart decision. She was also an excellent negotiator. She handled our requests with confidence and professionalism and did an incredible job navigating conversations with the seller. She knew how to communicate what was important to us while maintaining a great relationship throughout the process. And beyond her knowledge of the market and professionalism, her energy and enthusiasm was inspiring. She was positive, approachable, and very responsive, and made what can be a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She truly went above and beyond, and we feel very fortunate to have had her by our side.
