In December of 2024 my mother passed away as a result of a car accident. Not only was she my mother, she was my best friend. This was all done before we ever put a For Sale sign in the front yard! The house sold the first weekend for above our asking price. The house had multiple offers, and the nicest thing for me was that the home was bought by a family with small children. My mother would have loved it. Edith staged our house and we had a lot of interest, and she negotiated the offer so we received close to asking price for the sale. We thought we would have to rent and take a year or so to find a new home to purchase. Edith was helping to find rentals, but it was difficult to find a home to rent.
