Rita was absolutely fantastic throughout my entire home-buying experience. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. She was on top of everything from the get go. Not only did she know the market well but she also helped me understand what the best plan of action was. She was able to help negotiate a great final price on my new home and made me feel at ease the whole time. I can't recommend Rita highly enough. Sean was available, consistent, knowledgable and always upbeat even when we had hiccups in the deal (and we had a few). If I didn't know better, I might have guessed we were his only client. 10/10 will work with him for our next buy/sell (though hopefully that's not too soon!)
