She worked closely with the inspectors to identify issues with the quality of the build, then partnered with the Builder to ensure those issues were resolved. She applied that same diligence when we discovered potential drainage concerns adjacent to our property. Lauren engaged directly with both the Builder and the Developer to drive improvements — even after closing — which speaks volumes about her commitment to her clients. Lauren also simplified the closing process by coordinating with our Realtor in New Mexico to ensure a seamless transition from closing in NM to closing in TX. All we had to do was show up; everything was organized, prepared, and ready for an easy, stress‑free closing. Lauren’s professionalism, advocacy, and genuine care made our relocation experience exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process.
