Lauren engaged directly with both the Builder and the Developer to drive improvements — even after closing — which speaks volumes about her commitment to her clients. Lauren also simplified the closing process by coordinating with our Realtor in New Mexico to ensure a seamless transition from closing in NM to closing in TX. All we had to do was show up; everything was organized, prepared, and ready for an easy, stress‑free closing. Lauren’s professionalism, advocacy, and genuine care made our relocation experience exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process.
