My husband has known Leah Petri since the mid-1990s and had always heard great things about her as a realtor. We originally didn’t think we needed an agent and planned to represent ourselves, but when we reached out to her for an inspector recommendation, she quickly convinced us just how much value she brings to the table, and wow, did she deliver. Leah guided us through every step, from negotiating an excellent purchase price to navigating the inspection and repair-request process, which further lowered our acquisition cost. She also connected us with the perfect design lead and advised us on what remodel items would most improve long-term resale value. Her expertise, connections, and seamless team communication made the entire experience effortless and stress-free. We are now clients for life, and will be referring her to all of our friends. If you’re looking for someone who truly elevates the real estate experience, Leah will exceed your expectations at every step of the process.
