Linnann and Delaura were an amazing team. My mother moved from her home of the last 35 years to an independent living community. This could have been a complicated and difficult move however based on the knowledge and efforts of Linnann and Delaura this transition was handled with professionalism and care. They were spot on with their market analysis when we were coming up with the pricing and we ended up getting an offer within the first two weeks the house was on the market. They helped coordinate all the moving parts from getting the house ready to making sure everything was organized correctly for the closing. We never had to worry about communication with Linnann and Delaura. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the journey.
